First, recognize your current situation and recognize yourself.


In fact, it is the most difficult part of the whole career plan, but recognizing yourself is another step that career planning can not bypass.

Two. Identify your goals.


A person's career goals can be big or small, but how can they be planned in the near future and in the long term? We can consider from three to 10. The three 10 are:


1, what goal do I have to achieve within 10 days? - short term goals


2, what goals do I have to achieve in 10 months?


3, what goals do I have to achieve in 10 years? Long term goals, short and medium and long-term goals can be divided into: Post goals: what jobs I hope to work in; job goals: what jobs I hope to get; economic goals: economic returns I hope to achieve; achievement goals: social recognition that I want to get, etc.


After doing the above analysis, you can see if your goals in ten days and your goals in ten months will help you achieve your ten year goal. If not, then you have to make a new choice. If so, stick to it.


Three, analyze the gap between the current situation and the target.


When you finish the two lessons above, you will find that your current situation is quite different from your goals. The more long-term goals, the more seemingly impossible.


At this point, you have to understand that human nature will "overestimate the present and underestimate the future", just like a toy that a child sees in the market, while his mother promises to buy a better child next month. Children usually do not choose the better toys next month, they must be able to see them now.


So, don't be intimidated by your own goals. You need to find out the gap between your current situation and your goals.


Four. Develop action plans.


Find ways to reduce the gap and develop action plans. They are usually divided into 3 parts:


1, look for industries, enterprises and jobs that can help you achieve your goals. Don't be afraid of not finding them. Give up your efforts. Remember, if you insist, God will give you the best.


2, training their skills can be done in the workplace or in the training class.


3, seek help, look for opportunities and opportunities to help you achieve your long-term goals.


Five, start action


Action is faced with uncertainty. In the process of looking for a job, everyone will encounter many "opportunities". These so-called opportunities may lead you to deviate from your direction. Some may seem to be ordinary, but may lead you to success.


The so-called career planning is so simple: know yourself, clear goals, discover gaps, make plans, start actions.


Of course, it is easier to do well than to do well in thinking. When career planning is carried out, it is necessary to adhere to established policies and make adjustments according to actual conditions.
