Located on the southeast coast of Xiamen Island, the scenery is beautiful and the traffic is convenient. It is only 4600 meters away from the small Jinmen island across the sea.

The first phase project covers an area of 470 thousand square meters, with a building area of 160 thousand square meters, with an indoor exhibition area of 47 thousand square meters, 2200 international standard booths, an outdoor exhibition area of 56 thousand square meters, 20 supporting and high-end conference rooms, and Exhibition Plaza, four star hotels, catering centers, etc.

Since its completion in September 2000, it has successfully hosted more than 100 international and national exhibitions, such as "China investment and Trade Fair", "Xiamen Taiwan Trade Fair", "national medical device (spring) exposition", "National Pharmaceutical Machinery Expo", "Xiamen Gift Show", "Xiamen stone material exhibition" and "Xiamen sports Expo".

The exhibition hall is certified by ISO9001:2000 quality management system and GB/T28001:2001 occupational health and safety management system.

In order to organize exhibitions, conferences and other activities, the main building also has VIP rooms, reception rooms, sea view halls, information centres, news centres, business centers, fast food restaurants, coffee shops, and temporary office places such as customs, commodity inspection, mobile inspection, quarantine inspection and banks during the exhibition.

There are rooms, entertainment, dining, shopping, Kangle fitness and other facilities and facilities in the auxiliary building hotel.

Scale of exhibition hall:

The exhibition center covers an area of 470 thousand square meters, with a total construction area of 150 thousand square meters. There are 11 exhibition halls on the 1st and two exhibition centers. The exhibition hall has a total area of 80 thousand square meters, and 4000 international standard booths can be set up.

The exhibition area ranges from more than 2000 square meters to 9000 square meters.

From 7 meters to 15 meters high, the exhibition hall can be divided into two parts, which can be used flexibly to meet the needs of different scale exhibitions and is suitable for holding large-scale concerts and other performing activities.

In addition, it has an outdoor exhibition area of 40 thousand square meters.

Conference room:

There are more than 20 middle and high-end conference rooms in the main building over two floors, with a total area of 5510 square meters, covering an area ranging from 48 square meters to 2164 square meters.

Among them: the circular International Conference Hall on the four floor of the main building, with an area of 684 square meters, with 300 seats, a modern conference facilities equipped with 6 channel simultaneous interpretation system and a large multimedia projector. The multi-functional hall with a central 2164 square meter on the top floor of the main building can provide 1500 banquet and 2500 people meeting. Besides, the top two floors of the main building have an area of 6000 square meters of Roof garden, which is a good place for leisure and watching the sea.
