The number of traditional light industry manufacturing enterprises has significantly decreased, and papermaking, furniture, leather manufacturing and other enterprises have basically withdrawn from the list.

This is the 11th time that the list of Zhejiang Top 100 Enterprises has been released. In this year's list, Zhejiang Property Group, Zhejiang Geely Holding Group, and Sinopec Zhenhai Refining&Chemical Branch ranked the top three. Among them, the sales volume of the Property Group reached 196.8 billion yuan, an increase of more than 17% over the previous year, and it has been the "No. 1 in Zhejiang" for six consecutive years.

Comparing the list of Zhejiang's top 100 enterprises from 2002 to 2012, we can find that great changes have taken place in the past 10 years, with 59 enterprises disappearing from the list of Zhejiang's top 100 enterprises. Cheng Huifang, member of the Zhejiang Provincial Government Advisory Committee and president of the Zhejiang Business Open Innovation and Development Research Institute of Zhejiang University of Technology, believes that there are three types of enterprises that have disappeared:

First of all, due to the macro impact of economic restructuring and industrial transformation and upgrading, the number of traditional light manufacturing enterprises on the list of Zhejiang Top 100 Enterprises has significantly decreased in the past 10 years, such as textile Clothing enterprises The number of paper, furniture Leather manufacturing Such enterprises have basically withdrawn from the list of Zhejiang Top 100 Comprehensive Enterprises.

The second is the merger and acquisition of enterprises, such as Hangzhou Tower, Jiebai, Yintai and electric power enterprises. The form and name of enterprises have changed.

The last one is that the enterprise lacks stamina and retreats until it exits or goes bankrupt. For example, the development and transformation of Poten Orient Communications and Starcom are relatively slow, and some chemical fiber textile enterprises apply for bankruptcy after their ranking falls below 100.

At the same time, in the past 10 years, 59 new enterprises have entered the Top 100 list, and some enterprises are gradually ranking higher. For example, Zhejiang Geely Holding Group, formerly ranked No. 28, rapidly expanded its assets through overseas asset acquisition, and its revenue soared to No. 2, accounting for 73% of its operating revenue.

"The research and analysis of the changes in the list of Zhejiang's top 100 enterprises in the past decade, to a certain extent, reflects the path and law of the development of Zhejiang enterprises," said Cheng Huifang.
